Admission Procedure

Eligibility

Candidates seeking admission to this College in both PLC and plus 2 must have passed the S.L.C. or its equivalent examination with science and Optional Mathematics securing 55% or more in the aggregate. The candidates should have secured a total of 240 marks or above in the aggregate in English, Mathematics, Optional mathematics and Science.

Entrance Test + Interviews

Candidates are required to take an Entrance Test in English and Mathematics. Each test is of one-hour duration. The level of test is that of the S.L.C. courses. Successful candidates in Entrance Test are interviewed and then selection of students is made strictly on the basis of marks secured in the S.L.C. Entrance Test and the interview.

Procedure of Admission

Name of the selected candidates are displayed in the College Notice board separately for Physical Group and Biological Group against the number of available seats for proficiency Level and for 11 th class Plus 2 science.

Students selected for admission are required to deposit their fees within 7 days from the date of publication of the result. In case the fee is not deposited by the stipulated date, the offer of admission is treated as cancelled.

Rules for Payment

• Except laboratory deposit, other fees including tuition fees, will not be refunded in any case.
• Lab deposit will be refunded after the completion of the session.
